Notice of Postponement of the 14th Asia-Pacific Biomass Energy Expo

Date:2026-08-21

Dear Exhibitors, Buyers, and Industry Colleagues,

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your long-standing attention, trust, and support for the Asia-Pacific Biomass Energy Exhibition.

The exhibition was originally scheduled to be held from September 16 to 18, 2026. Based on a comprehensive assessment of current industry market feedback, the progress of exhibitor recruitment and promotion, and the status of professional visitor invitations, the current exhibition scale and online pre-registration numbers have not reached the preset targets of 20,000 sqm and 20,000 registrants. To ensure the exhibition effectiveness, quality of supply-demand matching, and business negotiation outcomes for our participating companies, the organizing committee has decided, after deliberation, to postpone the event.

Following extensive research, evaluation, and coordination of venue and schedule resources, the 14th Asia-Pacific Biomass Energy Exhibition has been rescheduled to August 2027, with the venue remaining unchanged.

This postponement is a preparatory adjustment for the exhibition. The new dates will provide the organizing committee with more ample preparation time to: further optimize the floorplan and integrate the entire industry chain covering biomass power generation, heating, gasification, comprehensive utilization, and supporting equipment; intensify the invitation efforts for domestic and overseas buyers, project contractors, investment institutions, and research institutes; organize supporting activities such as industry summit forums, technology release conferences, and project matchmaking events; and implement technology exchange, product displays, business cooperation, and project facilitation. The aim is to build a comprehensive exchange platform for the biomass energy industry, covering product displays, technological innovation, business negotiations, and policy interpretation. The postponed exhibition will bring together more exhibitors and professional buyers, leverage resource aggregation, enhance exposure for exhibitors, expand business opportunities, and deliver tangible returns on participation.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused by the schedule adjustment. The organizing committee team will diligently handle all follow-up coordination and services, and will ensure the fulfillment of related entitlements for companies that have already confirmed their participation. We look forward to reuniting with industry colleagues in August 2027 to explore development opportunities in the biomass energy sector and drive industry progress together!
